1.3 Meta Store will decide to approve your refund and return request after reviewing the condition of your refund/return request and checking the returned mall item. The buyer of the mall admits and agrees with Meta Store's decision to finalize, with decisiveness and binding power, and promises and agrees not to file a lawsuit to Meta Store or its affiliates or make any claims in other ways. The mall that returns to Meta Store must meet at least the following conditions:

If any mall product is excluded from the refund and return policy described in the Meta Store service clause, Meta Store will do our best to publish the information on our website or notify the mall buyer in other ways; Note that our policy may be changed at any time without notice, and some mall products may be excluded after buying buyers in the mall. The refund and return policy described in the Meta Store service clause exclude any mall products outside the Meta is called "excluding goods".

1.5META Store Reserves (A) Add or modify the list of objects and/or return conditions in other ways, and (b) modification, termination or suspension of refund and return policy described in the Meta Store service terms (including length free returns for returns, Period), in every case, you can decide at any time.

2. Mall seller clauses and conditions

2.1 If you are a mall seller, you should receive a separate written notice from Meta Store and notify you to choose to participate in Meta Store. 2.2 Each mall seller promises that it provides and actually delivered to the mall buyer's mall products (A) to comply with (i) applicable laws and (ii) websites (and provide shopping mall buyers) on the META Store. Including any product guarantee, specifications, drawings, samples, performance standards, and all applicable quality, safety and hygiene requirements, and (b) will have no defects. Each mall seller understands and agrees that it will be responsible for any unqualified or defects of any mall product, or any public or private recall, and will prevent Meta Store from any loss related to the above.

2.3 If the mall seller provides or sells any mall items that are prohibited and restricted by Meta Stores on Meta Store, Meta Store reserves its own right to remove illegal mall items from Meta Store (and any adjustment) from Meta Store (and any adjustment). 2.6 Despite the above provisions, Meta Store can fully decide to refund the malls that have been refunded or returned to the mall sellers as appropriate. The mall seller will be regarded as the right to abandon the mall's goods.

2.7 For any refund or return of Meta Store's rejection or return by Meta Store, Meta Store will transport the mall to the address of the relevant mall buyers according to the above 1.6 organization.

2.8 If Meta Store approves any refund or return request, the mall seller can appeal to the decision by contacting Meta Store and providing evidence that supports the appeal. If Meta Store supports the appeal of the mall sellers, it will pay the purchase of all or some buyers to the mall sellers. The mall seller acknowledged and agreed to the Meta Store's decision was the ultimate, decisive and binding, and promised and agreed not to file a lawsuit on Meta Store or its affiliated company or make any claims in other ways.

3. Meta Store100% genuine policy

3.1 All products listed by the mall sellers must be 100%genuine.

3.2 Forbidden fake products on Meta Store. The term "counterfeit" includes a completely imitated product manufactured by existing brands. The purpose is to deceive or fraud, which may include but not limited to:

● Products that violate any national/regional law in any sales;

● Copycuts of pica or existing official products;

● Products that have never been produced by specific brands;

● Products with obvious prices;

● Without the authorization of the trademark, it contains registered trademarks anywhere in products, packaging or products related to products;

● Products containing a specific design element (such as cartoon characters or color) protected by trademarks;

● Without the authorization of the trademark, products that are similar to other products have such similarities (for example, copy products with or without brand products with or not to change the target brand of the logo););

● Use photos containing brand trademarks in the list.

3.3 Allows the use of original equipment manufacturers ("OEM") brands. As long as any OEM product image does not display the official brand logo and any part of the product information, the official brand name is not indicated.

3.4 If the Meta Store requires, the mall sellers should provide a document with the authenticity of the authenticity of the META Store (reasonable satisfaction of Meta Store), including but not limited to the manufacturer's sales invoice, authorization distribution agreement and/or authentic certificate ("authenticity" authenticity prove").

3.5 If the mall seller does not provide authentic proof, the mall seller should:

(A) Accept the mall items returned by buyers of the mall;

3.6 If Meta Store decides that the mall sellers violate Article 3, Meta Store can take all appropriate measures, including but not limited to deleting fake mall products list from the website, prohibiting the release of the same or similar products and/or restrictions, suspension or termination Mall seller's Meta Store account and/or access Meta Store. The obligations and responsibilities of mall sellers under this service clause are not affected by the restrictions, suspension or termination of the mall seller's account account.

4. Meta Store commissions cost

4.1META Store charge all the successful transactions to the mall seller on the website ("Meta Store commission fee"). 4.2 After the transaction is successfully completed, Meta Store shall deduct Meta Store commissions from the buyer's purchase of the payment according to Article 11.2 of this service clause, and remit the balance to the mall seller.

4.3 In order to avoid doubts, in addition to the transaction fee under the service terms, the Meta Store commission fee under the Meta Store service terms is applicable.
